The collection contains two copies of the Australian Constitutional Association's Free Enterprise Constitution which was discussed at a conference held in Brisbane (University of Queensland) during May 1980. Mr Tom Appleton, President of the A.C.T., prepared invitations to the conference and a summary of the conference which are included. Areas covered in the constitution include history and structure of the Constitution, accounts, aircraft industry, banks, bill of rights, building and manufacturing, defence, education, legal, national planning, the Ombudsman, parliamentarians, sport, health, transport, and insurance.
